This book was AWESOME!!!!

This is Christian romantic suspense. I liked this better than the first book. I think the author grew as a writer. I don't think you have to read the first book in order to get this one, but it helps to understand the relationships. It was a little preachy in parts but not overbearing. I am excited to read the next book in the series. I would recommend this book for older teens and adults who like a clean romance and mystery.

I read a later book in this series and now I'm going back to read all the books. Obviously not in chronological order, but I don't think it matters too much. I just really love this series and I'm so glad my library got them in ebook form! Yay! Suspense, fast moving plot, romantic tension. No swearing or sexual content. Some violence.

This was a well written and entertaining Christian suspense novel with a romantic subplot. I really liked the characters and the interesting plot twists along the way. I truly enjoyed it, and I look forward to reading more of the series. It has earned its place on my favorites' list. Note: I rather wish I'd reread the first book before reading this one though; I'd hoped I remembered enough of the first one to press on without doing so, but I should have known better. However, I wasn't too lost
