The family-run Green Mountain Country Store is cherished by locals as a reminder of simpler times. The Abbott children are determined to keep it that way—but their father has different plans… When Cameron Murphy heads to Vermont to build a website for a new client, she imagines a more relaxing trip than she gets. After wrecking her car by colliding with the town moose, she meets the most handsome hero she’s ever seen. Unfortunately, her savior, Will Abbott, is also the son of her client—and he wants nothing to do with the new website or the city girl creating it. For all Will cares, Cameron can march her fancy boots right out of town and out of his family’s business. But he can’t seem to get her out of his head. As his family’s dispute heats up, so does the chemistry between the two, leaving them wondering if simple is better after all—especially when it comes to matters of the heart.

That energizer bunny a/k/a Marie Force is back again with what is most assuredly another winning series set in the mountains of Vermont. It stars the Abbott family, a town full of charming and intriguing characters -- and one adorable and heart-stealing moose named Fred. I'm a "Forever Fred Fan." I love this author's voice and the characters she creates who become my friends; the gorgeous and magical settings where everyone knows your name and the comforts of home surround you, and yes, those

3.5 This was a really cute read!Really sweet book and I loved the drama-less read! The characters were damn nice and they had great chemistry, you could see them evolve throughout the book. Why not 4/5 stars? It didn't really make me cry/laugh/hug my kindle (although that might me by fault, I was pretty moody). Plus, it was a bit too long, if it had maybe 30 pages less it'd be perfect. Still, it's worth reading if you're looking for that fairy-tale book.

4.5 shining stars! Marie Force is my go-to author who always leaves me with a big smile on my face. She has a way of creating such wonderful and endearing books. This book is very charming and sweet. The Abbott family members were so much fun. I wish I could crawl into this book and hang out with them and maybe even get to see Fred! This is the perfect book if you are looking for a sweet romance with the right amount of steam and equal parts funny moments. Sidenote: Hannah and Nolan's story is

10 kids???This was fine, my initial moose related skepticism aside. I don't really find that type of small town place antics charming, but besides that the small Vermont town was everything a romance small town is supposed to be. Of course the heroine gave up her secretly unhappy life in the city and she didn't really need all those electronics anyway, but I did appreciate that there was at least a real struggle with it. But really, ten kids. Be more obvious with the sequel bait, I dare you.

I bought this because I really liked the German cover of this, and because I really do try to read outside my BL box every once in a while. Only to realize when I do read het romance it's incredibly hard to like for me. And I honestly don't think that is ever going to change. I did like Cameron, actually, but why does she have to be obsessed with shoes? That has to be one of my biggest turn-off about het romance. Not all women are obsessed with shoes. I also didn't much care for the I am a

Well. I'm not quite sure how to sum up the first book of this series other than to say it is AMAZING. Once again Marie Force has brought us to a town that we can only dream of visiting or living in. Along with the scenery, the family of the Abbott's is one we would all love to be members of.The family consisting of 10 kids provides ample HOT intriguing men with each their own story and beautiful women with their own as well. With the wise words and guidance of wonderful parents (Molly and

I am moved, happy, entertained, in tears and a lot more - this was a fantastic read. Until a few months ago I didnt even know that this author exists. Turns out it was a good pick and a very pleasant read. I read the summary of this novel - and some wonderful memories of Vermont came up. Cameron couldnt be any more frustrated. She is in the middle of nowhere, in the middle of the night and has no clue what to do. And when she hits something big, her brand new car gets so broken, she cant even
